Sami Hudgins, PA-C
Hi, I'm Sami! I am the Founder of Still Waters Mental Health. Along with years of psychiatry experience, I bring a compassionate and mindful approach to care. As a medical provider, my goal is to see you thrive. I commit to taking time to understand your entire background (medical, psychiatric, and significant life events), and consider all of these factors while customizing a treatment plan that will work for you. I hold your stories tenderly, with a trauma-informed approach, and recognize the vulnerability that it takes to even book an appointment with us here. My goal is that every person that enters into mental health care here at Still Waters can feel heard and encounter hope. I can't wait to meet you and join you on your mental health journey!

Zoie Cason, PA-C
As your provider, my greatest hope is to offer the support and tools you need to reach a sustainable sense of peace and well-being. Taking the first step to ask for help can feel overwhelming, but it is also the most courageous thing you can do.
My approach to psychiatry is integrative and patient-centered, looking beyond symptoms to understand the full picture. This can include social, hormonal, physiological, and psychological factors.
My passion for psychiatry developed early in life. This passion has only grown through my formal training and work as a PA. I view medication as one tool among many and I prioritize collaboration to create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals.
If you are struggling with past trauma, anxiety, depression, panic, attention or concentration concerns, or obsessive-compulsive behaviors, you are not alone. You deserve care that sees you as a whole person. I would be honored to support you in exploring what personalized, thoughtful mental health care can look like for you.

Stephanie Dallocchio, PA-C
I work with individuals whose mental health story feels more complex than a standard diagnosis—women navigating hormonal shifts like postpartum changes or perimenopause, veterans carrying unresolved trauma, and neurodivergent or LGBTQIA+ individuals who have felt unseen in traditional care settings.
I provide integrative psychiatric care that looks beyond symptoms to consider the full picture: hormonal, physiological, and psychiatric factors. Medication is one tool, not the automatic answer, and I partner with patients to create a personalized plan that fits their life.
With 13 years of military experience, I bring a trauma-informed perspective to veteran care, while specializing in postpartum mental health, hormonal transitions, and affirming care for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ patients.
If you’ve ever felt dismissed, rushed, or like your care only addressed one piece of the puzzle, you’re not alone. You deserve to be seen as a whole person. I’d be honored to help you explore what personalized mental health care could look like.
